The Organization Also Expanded Its Outreach and Educational Footprint Across Georgia Through Multiple Trends In Transplant (TNT) Conferences and Community-based Engagement Initiatives Designed to Connect Patients, Caregivers, Social Workers, and Medical Professionals With Critical Transplant-related Resources.
