THE ORGANIZATIONS MEMBERSHIP POOLS RESOURCES IN ORDER TO PROVIDE LOCAL SERVICE DELIVERY OF SERVICES TO THE AREAS RESIDENTS PREVIOUSLY AVAILABLE ONLY IN DISTANT URBAN AREAS. BY INCREASING THE AVAILABILITY OF SERVICES WITHIN THE GEOGRAPHICAL AREA SERVED BY EGHC, SERVICES ARE MADE AVAILABLE TO RESIDENTS THAT HISTORICALLY HAVE NOT HAD ACCESS TO THOSE SERVICES. THE ORGANIZATIONS VISION IS AN INTEGRATED NETWORK OF RURAL PROVIDERS DELIVERING QUALITY LOW-COST PRIMARY AND SPECIALTY CARE WITHIN THE LOCAL COMMUNITIES, AND SUPPORTED WHERE APPROPRIATE BY ADVANTAGEOUS LINKS WITH OUTSIDE SUPPLIERS SUCH AS URBAN TERTIARY CA
