FIVE PERCENT of THE FUND BALANCE WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE ANNUALLY to TROUP COUNTY, GEORGIA to PAY for THE OPERATING EXPENDITURES of NEW RECREATIONAL FACILITIES to BE BUILT.
