IN ADDITION, THE ASSOCIATION PROVIDES 1) CONSUMER ADVOCACY THROUGH REFERRAL SERVICES; 2) PHYSICIAN PARTICIPATION IN COMMUNITY EVENTS, SERVICES and PROGRAMS; and 3) DISSEMINATION of GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT PHYSICIANS and HEALTH SERVICES AVAILABLE.
