THE BREVARD SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA BRINGS THE JOY of LIVE CLASSICAL MUSIC to RESIDENTS of BREVARD COUNTY and BEYOND THROUGH A VARIETY of PROGRAMS. EACH CONCERT SEASON CONSISTS of 5 CLASSICAL CONCERTS, 3 POPS CONCERTS, and 3 MATINEE CONCERTS. THE BSO is PROUD of ITS FREE COMMUNITY EVENTS INCLUDING OUR JULY 4 SYMPHONY UNDER THE STARS CONCERT and FIREWORK DISPLAY and OUR FAMILY CONCERT. THE BSO ALSO HOSTS ITS ANNUAL 5TH GRADE CONCERTS WHERE ALL THE 5TH GRADERS of BREVARD and INDIAN RIVER COUNTY - WITH THE INDIAN RIVER SYMPHONIC ASSOCIATION - ARE INVITED to A FREE EDUCATIONAL PERFORMANCE BY THE BSO TOTALING 6 CONCERTS ACROSS 3 DAYS. LASTLY, THE BSO PERFORMS CONTRACTED EVENTS WITH THE SPACE COAST BALLET DURING THEIR PERFORMANCE of THE NUTCRACKER and WITH THE VERO BEACH OPERA.
