NASSAU HABITAT SELLS THE HOUSES AT APPRAISED VALUE WITH A FIRST and A SECOND MORTGAGE. THE FIRST MORTGAGE is BASED ON THE APPLICANTS INCOME, and PAYMENTS ARE NO MORE THAN 30% of THEIR GROSS INCOME.
