ANY EXCESS FUNDS REMAINING UPON SALE of ASSETS and PAYMENT of OUTSTANDING LIABILITIES WILL BE DONATED to AN UNREALTED 501(C)(3) ENTITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH ORGANIZATIONS BY-LAWS.
