The Agency Has Expanded to Serve Both Blount and Knox Counties In East Tennessee. Our Employee Base Has Grown to 120 Employees and The Agency Now Offers Medical and Life Insurance As Well As A Host of Other Supplemental Benefits to All Full-time Employees. The Board President Has Expanded Her Role to CEO As of February 2026.
