What they do
RESTORE JUSTICE for SURVIVORS WAS ORGANIZED to CREATE and SUPPORT A COALITION of ORGANIZATIONS and INDIVIDUALS ENGAGED IN EDUCATING THE PUBLIC and LEGISLATORS ABOUT ACCESS to JUSTICE ISSUES and THE FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT to TRIAL BY JURY. THE ORGANIZATION CONSISTS of APPROXIMATELY 30 LIKE-MINDED GROUPS and DOZENS of SURVIVORS and CONTINUES to ADD PARTNERS. THE ORGANIZATION ENGAGES IN PUBLIC EDUCATION and LEGISLATIVE EFFORTS (A) to REINSTATE THE POWER of JURIES IN CIVIL CASES to MAKE DECISIONS BASED ON THE FACTS of THE CASE, ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS, and (B) to FIGHT AGAINST LIMITS WHICH DEPRIVE INJURED OREGONIANS of THEIR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS.

Money made simple
Ask these three easy questions
- Who did you help? Ask for a recent story or report that shows real results.
- What will my money do? Ask exactly what your gift will pay for.
- Is this really the charity? Give only through its official website or confirmed phone number.
Bottom line: Do not decide from a name, mission statement, or tax status alone. Look at where the money went, then ask what changed, who was helped, and what your gift will do. YouCanGiveBack does not endorse or grade organizations.
