What they do

This Year, Our Organization Worked Diligently to Serve The Community Through Outreach, Support, and Meaningful Engagement. One of Our Major Initiatives Was Hosting A Free Community Health and Resource Fair, Where Several Local Organizations Partnered With Us to Provide Essential Services. Community Members Were Able to Receive Free Health Screenings, Access Information About Job Training Opportunities, Enroll In High School Completion Programs, Receive Gun Locks for Safety, and Connect With Mental Health Resources and Other Supportive Services. This Event Created A Space Where Individuals and Families Could Access Valuable Tools for Improving Their Overall Well-being. We Also Hosted Two Fundraising Events That Focused On Both Community Connection and Personal Growth. The First Was A Community Movie Night, Where Guests Were Able to Enjoy A Current Film In A Welcoming Environment At A Low Cost, Creating An Affordable and Enjoyable Outing for Families and Neighbors. Our Second Event Was A

Of every $100 spent, about $90.80 was reported for mission work. Use the spending picture below and ask what results that work produced.

Plain answer: A tax form cannot prove that a charity is doing good. It can show how the charity says it spent its money—and point out questions you should ask.

Ask these three easy questions

  1. Who did you help? Ask for a recent story or report that shows real results.
  2. What will my money do? Ask exactly what your gift will pay for.
  3. Is this really the charity? Give only through its official website or confirmed phone number.

Bottom line: Do not decide from a name, mission statement, or tax status alone. Look at where the money went, then ask what changed, who was helped, and what your gift will do. YouCanGiveBack does not endorse or grade organizations.
