THE CORPORATION FOCUSES ITS RELIEF PRIMARILY ON THE CONTINENTAL U.S. BUT THE BOARD of DIRECTORS HAS THE AUTHORITY to EXTEND THOSE EFFORTS to OTHER AREAS IF SO NEEDED. ALL ASSETS and EARNINGS ARE USED EXCLUSIVELY for THIS PURPOSE, INCLUDING PAYMENTS of EXPENSES. NO PART of THE NET EARNINGS or DONATIONS for THE CORPORATION ARE for THE BENEFIT of or DISTRIBUTION to ITS DIRECTORS, EXCEPT THAT THE CORPORATION is AUTHORIZED to PAY REASONABLE COMPENSATION for SERVICES RENDERED and to MAKE PAYMENTS and DISTRIBUTIONS IN FURTHERANCE of THE PURPOSE SET FORTH ABOVE.
