THIS PROGRAM is DESIGNED to INVOLVE GOVERNMENT and CIVICS STUDENTS IN THE ORGANIZATION and PRACTICES of THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, to INFORM THEM ABOUT CURRENT LEGISLATIVE ISSUES, to ENCOURAGE DISCUSSION of THESE ISSUES, and to MOTIVATE THEM to VOICE THEIR OPINIONS to THEIR REPRESENTATIVES IN WASHINGTON.
