What they do

Asekia Inc. (the Organization") is A Nonprofit Organization Established to Empower and Advance Hispanic Farmers, Forest Landowners, and Historically Underserved Agricultural and Rural Communities Across The United States and Its Territories, With Primary Operations In Puerto Rico, Florida, and New Mexico. The Organization Works to Increase Access to USDA and Other Conservation Programs Through Culturally Competent, Bilingual Outreach, Technical Assistance, Workforce Development, and Community-based Partnerships. The Organizations Activities Include Education and Training, Capacity Building for Community-based Organizations, Support for Conservation and Regenerative Agricultural Practices, Conservation Incentive Payments to Farmers, and The Development of Pathways for Participation In Emerging Environmental and Agricultural Markets, Including Commodity Futures Education for Underserved Producers.
