We Alerted Our Supporters to Call for Strengthening The Draft National Old-Growth Amendment Draft Environmental Impact Statement Covering The Entire National Forest System. We Organized Outreach to The Federal Bureau of Land Management, Demanding That It Develop Older Forest Protections Per An Earlier Presidential Executive Order. We Urged The U.S. Forest Service to Streamline or Replace Its Problematic CARA Portal, Which is Supposed to Facilitate The Agencys Receipt and Processing of Public Comments. We Called Upon Government Officials to Safeguard and Strengthen The Northwest Forest Plan, Which Covers 24 Million Acres of Federal Forestland In California, As Well As Oregon and Washington.
