IT is THE OBJECTIVE of CAPP, THROUGH PUBLIC EDUCATION and PUBLIC POLICY PROCESSES, to PROMOTE PATIENT SAFETY, to BROADEN ACCESS to CARE, and to PRESERVE MICRA, A SOCIALLY FAIR, EQUITABLE and COST-EFFECTIVE LIABILITY REFORM for ALL PARTIES.
