ATTENDEES WERE TREATED to A PLENARY ADDRESS BY ERIN THOMPSON, ART HISTORIAN and AUTHOR of SMASHING STATUES: THE RISE and FALL of AMERICAS PUBLIC MONUMENTS. THERE WERE 17 SESSIONS ON A VARIETY of TOPICS, FROM TECHNOLOGY PIVOTS and MANAGING NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES to DEALING WITH RENOVATIONS and REDESIGNS and NAVIGATING CHANGE
