Sonoma County Bicycle Coalition Promotes Bicycling As A Central Solution to Many of The Environmental, Health, and Social Problems Facing Our Community. We Strive to Make Sonoma County A Safer Place to Ride A Bike Through A Combination of Education and Advocacy. Our Education Programs Teach Children and Adults How to Ride Safely and Responsibly; Other Campaigns Educate Drivers On How to Share The Road Responsibly. We Partner With Local and Regional Agencies to Increase Funding for Bicycle Infrastructure and Advocate for Bike-friendly Plans and Policies. We Also Organize Encouragement Programs and Events Designed to Increase The Number of People Biking for Everyday Transportation.
