NCWIT ENCOURAGES ITS MEMBERS to UNDERTAKE INSTITUTIONAL CHANGE WITHIN THEIR ORGANIZATIONS, and OUR WORK PROVIDES THEM WITH THE TOOLS and SUPPORT to BE CHANGE AGENTS.
