IN ADDITION, THE COUNCIL PROVIDES TRAINING and TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE IN SUPPORT of THE GRANT PROGRAM and CIRCULATES EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS THROUGH THE ARKANSAS HUMANITIES RESOURCE CENTER.
