EACH YEAR, THE LEAGUE SHALL PROVIDE AN ONGOING, LIFE ENRICHING PROGRAM for THE GIRLS UNDER THE DIRECTION of BOBBY SOX SOFTBALL AS ESTABLISHED BY THE BOBBY SOX CONSTITUTION and OFFICIAL BOBBY SOX ADMINISTRATIVE and PLAYING RULES. THIS IRREVOCABLE BOBBY SOX SOFTBALL DEDICATION is for THE PHYSICAL, MENTAL, and SOCIAL EDUCATION, DEVELOPMENT, TRAINING, and WELL-BEING of ALL THE GIRLS and THEIR ADULT VOLUNTEERS.
