BOSSIER PARISH HAD 15 CONTESTANTS WHO WON 3 BLUE RIBBONS and 2 ADULT VOLUNTEERS. FASHION and BEYOND ON TOUR HAD 5 PARTICIPANTS and 2 ADULT LEADERS ATTENDED. JUNIOR LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE for 14-19 YEAR OLD YOUTH WAS CONDUCTED AS A THREE-DAY EVENT HELD AT GRANT WALKER EDUCATIONAL CENTER and BOSSIER HAD 3 MEMBERS ATTEND. THE WELE
