THESE FORMS of HELP MADE IT POSSIBLE for REFERRED CLIENTS WHO ARE HOMELESS or ON THE VERGE of BECOMING SO to COMPLETE THE PROGRAMS of REFERRAL AGENCIES and OBTAIN AND/OR PRESERVE THEIR PLACE CALLED HOME. OUR GOAL is to NOT ONLY PLACE THEM ON A PATH to SELF-SUFFICIENCY BUT to PLACE THEM ON A PATH to SUSTAINABLE SELF-SUFFICIENCY.
