DECREASED INCIDENTS of BURGLARY and RELATED CRIMES ARE REPORTED IN NEIGHBORHOODS THAT PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROGRAM. IN ADDITION, THE SENSE of COMMUNITY FORMED BY THE PROGRAM FREQUENTLY SERVES AS A CATALYST for NEIGHBORHOODS to ADDRESS OTHER ISSUES.
