THEY CONSIST PRIMARILY of FOOD and HYGIENE ITEMS, CLOTHING and OTHER ASSISTANCE for GASOLINE, UTILITIES and PHARMACY BILLS, ETC. SUCH SERVICES ARE NOT USUALLY INTENDED to BE RENDERED ON FREQUENT or REPETITIVE BASES, BUT ARE STRUCTURED to ASSIST IN TEMPORARY FINANCIAL CRISIS SITUATIONS. CLIENTS GENERALLY ARE LIMITED AS to HOW MANY TIMES THEY MAY RECEIVE SERVICES DURING A WEEK or YEAR.
