CIRC ACHIEVES THIS MISSION THROUGH NON-PARTISAN CIVIC ENGAGEMENT, PUBLIC EDUCATION, and ADVOCATING for WORKABLE, FAIR and HUMANE IMMIGRATION POLICIES.
