IN THE FALL SEMESTER, THIS INCLUDES BUILDING A PARADE FLOAT for THE ANNUAL BAYLOR HOMECOMING PARADE and ORGANIZING THE ANNUAL BAYLOR/KOT CHRISTMAS TREE LIGHTING. NET PROCEEDS FROM THE CHRISTMAS TREE LIGHTING EVENT ARE USED to SUPPORT VARIOUS 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATIONS IN WACO, TX. 2. SERVICE PROJECTS (20%) THE CLUB DOES APPROXIMATELY A DOZEN SERVICE PROJECTS IN BOTH THE FALL and SPRING SEMESTER WITH AN EXTENDED THREE-DAY SERVICE TRIP EACH SPRING. 3. MEMBERSHIP DEVELOPMENT (10%) THIS INCLUDES A HOST of NEW MEMBER EDUCATION ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING ONE-ON- ONE MEETINGS, STUDY HALL, SERVICE, TRAINING, and INITIATION. 4. NEW MEMBER RECRUITMENT (10%) EACH SEMESTER, THE CLUB TAKES NEW MEMBERS. THIS PROCESS INCLUDES SEVERAL ACTIVITIES DESIGNED to INTRODUCE POTENTIAL MEMBERS to THE CLUB and VICE VERSA
