THE CORPORATIONS PURPOSES ARE ALSO to MAKE GIFTS, GRANTS, and CONTRIBUTIONS to OTHER QUALIFYING TAX-EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS, PARTICULARLY THOSE DESIGNATED to SUPPORT and BENEFIT THE HEALTH and WELFARE of THE POOR and UNDERSERVED.
