2024 Mission Accomplished: 1. The Food Fairs Have Been Transitioned to The Agencies and Churches At Which The Jesse Tree Established Distribution Sites. The Recipients of The Food Boxes Can Now Receive Regular Food Service At These Locations; Therefore, The Senior Food Box Program is No Longer Necessary. The Jesse Tree Helpline Connects People to These Food Distribution Programs and Helps Them Coordinate Their Healthcare and Other Social Service Needs.2. The Bilingual Information Helpline Received An Average of 35 Calls Per Day;3. The Resource Coordination Program Assisted An Average of 35 Clients Per Month;4. The Health Equipment Loan Program Assisted 1,127 Families With Durable Medical Equipment and Medical Supplies During The Year; Most Clients Were Hospitalized At The Mainland Medical Center Others Were Referred By Various Medical Providers;5. Diabetes and Chronic Conditions Management Programs Worked Individually With Clients Referred By Medical Providers. 6. The Survivors Support
