SECOND, to SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT and GROWTH of STATEWIDE POLICIES THAT WILL SECURE THE RESOURCES THAT ARE NEEDED to SUSTAIN NEW and EXISTING SCHOOL LINKED/SCHOOL-BASED AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAMS. THIRD, to SUPPORT STATEWIDE SYSTEMS to ENSURE PROGRAMS ARE of HIGH QUALITY.
