THE IMTC FOCUSES ON SEVERAL KEY ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING: SPONSORING and CONDUCTING INTEROPERABILITY TEST SESSIONS BETWEEN SUPPLIERS of CONFERENCING PRODUCTS and SERVICES; PROVIDING A FORUM for TECHNICAL EXCHANGE THAT WILL LEAD IMTC MEMBERS to MAKE ADDITIONAL SUBMISSIONS to THE STANDARD BODIES to FURTHER ENHANCE THE INTEROPERABILITY and USABILITY of MULTIMEDIA TELECONFERENCING PRODUCTS and SERVICES; and EDUCATING THE BUSINESS and CONSUMER COMMUNITIES ON THE PROGRESS and THE BENEFITS of THE UNDERLYING TECHNOLOGIES and APPLICATIONS.
