IN ADDITION , A PROVISION WAS ADDED BY THE COURT to ALLOW ALL FARMERS to PROVE UP to 5.35 ACRE FEET of WATER RIGHTS IF THEY HAD EVEIDENCE SHOWING A USE GREATER THAN or EQUAL to THAT AMOUNT. THE SOUTHERN NEW MEXICO DIVERSIFIED FARMERS ASSOCIATION HAS CONDUCTEWD NUMEROUS HYDROLOGY STUDIES to SUPPORT WATER RIGHT CLAIMS of THE MEMBERS of THE ASSOCIATION. THE WATER RIGHTS ISSUES CONTINUES.
