SPECIFICALLY, THE CORPORATION INTENDS to (I) PROVIDE PRO BONO, LOW-COST, or OTHERWISE AFFORDABLE LEGAL SERVICES to JUVENILES; (II) INSTRUCT and EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ON SUBJECTS RELEVANT to JUVENILES and THEIR COMMUNITIES; (III) CONDUCT RESEARCH or PROVIDE EDUCATION THAT WOULD BENEFIT JUVENILES; and (IV) PROVIDE INSTRUCTION or TRAINING for THE PURPOSES of IMPROVING or DEVELOPING DEFENSE REPRESENTATION of JUVENILES.
