THE LOLO COMMUNITY CLUB (LCC) HOSTED A NUMBER of COMMUNITY EVENTS THAT WERE FREE to THE PUBLIC. THIS INCLUDED A SAFE HALLOWEEN EVENT CALLED "TRUNK or TREAT" WHERE LOLO RESIDENTS DECORATED THEIR VEHICLES and PASSED OUT CANDY to LOCAL YOUTH. ANOTHER COMMUNITY CHRISTMAS EVENT WAS "THE GREAT LIGHT FIGHT." THIS EVENT ENCOURAGED FRIENDLY COMPETITION AMONG NEIGHBORS to DECORATE THEIR HOMES DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON. THE COMMUNITY CENTER HOSTED A SUMMER DAY CAMP for LOCAL CHILDREN THAT WAS RUN BY THE LOLO PRESCHOOL. THE LCC ALSO SPONSORED THREE CRAFT FAIRS: SPRING FAIR IN MARCH, CHRISTMAS IN JULY and HOLIDAY CRAFT FAIR IN NOVEMBER. EACH EVENT GIVES LOCAL VENDERS A CHANCE to SELL THEIR GOODS IN THE COMMUNITY. THE LOLO COMMUNITY CLUB ALSO is THE LOCATION of THE LOLO FOOD BANK WHICH is A SATELLITE of THE MISSOULA FOOD BANK. FOOD is DISTRIBUTED to THOSE IN NEED TWICE PER MONTH. WE SERVE AN AVERAGE of 40-60 FAMILIES. IN ADDITION, WE ALSO HELP FACILITATE and RUN A HOLIDAY MEAL DRIVE for BOTH THANKSG
