The Corporation is Organized Exclusively For, and Shall Operate Exclusively For, Educational and Charitable Purposes Within The Meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of The Internal Revenue Code, or The Corresponding Section of Any Future Federal Tax Code. The Corporations Purpose is to Bring Contemporary Dance to The Forefront and Make Contemporary Dance Accessible to New Orleanians In A Number of Ways. By Promoting Contemporary Dance That As A Meaningful, Expressive Narrative With Strong Musicality and Collaboration With Other Art Forms to Engage and Enrich The Culture of The Louisiana, and More Specifically, New Orleans Community (the "Community"); By Promoting Contemporary Dance As A Rigorous Activity for Achieving Physical and Mental Fitness and General Well Being Among The Community; By Providing An Opportunity for Professional Dancers to Perform Regularly, and Learn, Grow and Craft High Quality Dance Together.
