Coach Faith Through Which Unhoused Men and Women Received Support and A Listening Ear From Counselors Trained In Mental Health and Substance Use. Hurting Individuals and Their Families Are Provided A Compassionate Ear of Encouragement and Appropriate Resources In A Safe Judgment Free Environment. They Are Also Provided Hygiene Kits, Clothing, Lunch, and Printed Resource Materials. This Service is Available for Any Community Residents. Monthly Cafe Style Support Groups Are Provided to Unhoused Individuals Suffering Form Substance Use Disorders. Professionals Meet People Where They Are and Affirm That Recovery is Possible, Allow Participants to Feel Valued and More Connected to Self and Others, and Promote Positive Responses to The Challenges of Navigating Recovery. Excel Academy Community Crisis Project Provides Students With Immersive Workshops At A Level They Can Understand. Students Wrote Essays, Produced And/or Analyzed Music Lyrics, Physical Art, Dance, and Videos to Raise Awarenes
