In 2024 This Work Included But Was Not Limited to The Following Actions: Advocating for Improved PSD Permits and Monitoring for Title V Air Permits for A New Major Air Emission Source; Continued An Appeal of A PSD Permit With The Air Quality Board Including An Evidentiary Hearing; Worked With Citizens to Monitor Permitted Sites and When Indicated Filed Citizen Complaints to The WVDEP Requesting Inspections of Facilities; Published A Newsletter Informing The Public of Opportunities to Engage In The Permitting Process; Retained Experts to Evaluate Permit Applications, Disseminated This Information to The Public, and Submitted Technical Public Comment to The WVDEP.
