The Average Length of Time Was 4 Months, (combination of Limited Foster Homes and Adoptions) Kept Us From Being Able to Help More Cats and Dogs In Need. We Also Said Goodbye to Several Cats and Dogs (more Than In Previous Years). Animals Are Coming to Us With More Medical Needs Than Weve Ever Seen.
