Our Mission is to Inspire and Prepare Youth Athletes and Future Leaders for A Lifelong Commitment to Service, Integrity and Community Leadership. Annually WMCLP Works With At-risk Youth From Las Vegas, NV and Surrounding Areas. This Free Coed Youth Development Program Teaches Life Skills, College Preparedness, and Career Planning.The Williams-Marshall Cares Leadership Program is Designed to Educate, Inspire and Activate Students, Giving Them The Tools They Need to Reach Their Life Goals. WMC Programs Adhere to 7 Core Values: Hard Work, Dedication, Perseverance, Integrity, Honesty, and Respect. Historically, We Have Worked With Youth From The Start of The School Year Until The End. Weve Provided A Dynamic Learning Environment With Caring Mentors, Enlightening Experiences, and Knowledgeable Leaders Who Will Encourage Your Child to Get The Most Out of Each Day As Well As Improve Their Communities Through Acts of Service.
