Founded In 2011 With Initial Sponsorship From Parkway North High School In St. Louis County, Mentors 4 College (M4C) Operates Entirely Through Volunteers. Since Its Inception, M4C Has Assisted Almost 2,000 Students and Families, Experiencing Significant Growth From 60 Students and 20 Mentors In 2011 to 400 Students and 65 Mentors In 2024. We Have Provided Services to 7,000 Individual Clients, Including Students, Parents and Guardians, As Well As School Counselors and Administrators In Dozens of St Louis Area High Schools and Many More Across The Country. Given The Overwhelming Demands On High School Counselors, M4Cs Mission is to Supplement Their Efforts and Extend Their Reach, Working With Students and Parents to Identify Post-high School Educational Programs Aligning With Career Interests, Academics, Social Factors, and Financial Considerations. With A Robust Mentoring Program, A Comprehensive, Scalable Training Curriculum and A Full Range of Mentor Support Systems, M4C is Expanding
