The Baywood ParkHomeowners Association Appealed That Ruling to The San Mateo County Board OfSupervisors, But On February 9, 2016 The Supervisors Denied Our Appeal and Votedin Favor of The Development.With That Vote In Early 2016, The County Pushed Through A 19-home Plan for WaterTank Hill That Ignored The Input of Over 450 Residents.RDWTH Filed A CEQA Lawsuit Against San Mateo County Within Weeks of The Decision,asserting That The Analysis Was Inadequate and Guidelines Incorrectly Applied Whenapproving The 19-home Development On Water Tank Hill.
