IT WILL STRIVE to PROMOTE PROFESSIONALISM AMONGST ITS MEMBERSHIP and to ENCOURAGE ITS MEMBERS to ATTAIN A HIGH-DEGREE of SKILL and EFFICIENCY IN THE CARRYING OUT of THEIR DUTIES and to MAINTAIN A STEADFAST RESOLUTION to PROTECT THE RIGHTS, LIBERTIES and WELFARE of ALL CITIZENS IN THE STATE of NEW MEXICO.
