Lifted By Love Provides Our Participants Access to Basic Necessities Items, Such As Diapers, Wipes, Other Toiletries, and Clothing. We Also Are Seeking to Scale to Provide High-need Baskets for Participants That Often Include Items Such As Gas Cards, School Supplies, Etc. We Do This With The Understanding That While These Young Parents Are Working Towards Improving Their Economic Condition, Access to Supplies In Order to Offset Their Costs As They Build Their Finances is Also Essential. This Outreach Program Also Serves As An Entryway to Our Other Services. Young Mothers May Get Referred Because They Hear Were Delivering and Giving Away Items, However, They Also Walk Away With Services That Are More Than A Single Touchpoint.
