A HIGH QUALITY EARLY CARE CHILD CARE PROGRAM is ONE THAT MEETS THE DEVELOPMENTAL NEEDS and PROMOTE THE COGNITIVE, SOCIAL and EMOTIONAL, PHYSICAL, LANGUAGE and LEARNING STYLES for THE CHILDREN and ADULTS WHICH INCLUDES PARENTS, STAFF and ADMINISTRATION.
