During The COVID-19 Pandemic We Were Asked to Have No Person-to-person Gatherings Not Even In Person Board of Director Meetings. During That Time Membership Decreased to Zero. We Even Had Trouble Retaining Board Members. It is No Longer A Functioning Association and There is Only One Remaining Officer. On September 29 2023 The Remaining Officer Director Decided to Terminate The Organization. As Required By The Revenue Code The Funds Remaining In Children of Abrahams Checking Account $321 Were Transferred to Hope Inc. A Local 501c3 Food Bank. Hope Inc. is Also Known As Hope House. The One Remaining Officer Declared The Termination of Children of Abraham. In Short for 2023 There Were No Programs Attempted No Accomplishments No Revenue and Only $52 of Postage and Administrative Expenses.
