IT WILL ALSO PROVIDE SUPPORT DIRECTLY and INDIRECTLY to LAW ENFORCEMENT FUNCTIONS and ACTIVITIES WHERE A CHARITABLE or EDUCATION NEED is DEMONSTRATED.
