What they do

In 2017, Endo Option Africa Set Up Two Endodontic Operatories In Botswana, Africa. One Operatory Was In Gaborone and The Other Was In At The Bamalete Mission Hospital In Ramotswa. These Operatories Were Stocked With All The Latest Endodontic Equipment and Supplies. Eighteen Government Dentists Were Trained On How to Do Root Canal Treatment, Which Was Critical, Because Prior to Receiving Training, Teeth Were Extracted, Rather Than Restored. Five Days Were Spent One-on-one In Preclinical Training With Plastic Teeth. Each Day, Prior to Preclinical Training, The Dentists Received Lectures On Varying Subjects, Such As Dental Anatomy, Diagnosis, Access Openings, Cleaning, Shaping, and Obturation. The Dentists Were Then Trained for Two Weeks, One-on-one, to Perform Root Canals On Patients, With Supervision and Assistance. The Private Dentists Practicing In Gaborone and Francistown, Botswana Also Received Two Five Hour Lectures On How to Perform Endodontic Treatment.

This record may have an IRS status problem. Do not give until you verify it.

Plain answer: A tax form cannot prove that a charity is doing good. It can show how the charity says it spent its money—and point out questions you should ask.

Ask these three easy questions

  1. Who did you help? Ask for a recent story or report that shows real results.
  2. What will my money do? Ask exactly what your gift will pay for.
  3. Is this really the charity? Give only through its official website or confirmed phone number.

Bottom line: Do not decide from a name, mission statement, or tax status alone. Look at where the money went, then ask what changed, who was helped, and what your gift will do. YouCanGiveBack does not endorse or grade organizations.
