In School Residency Program: Music Orchard Richmonds In School Teaching Artist Program Supports The Schools of Richmond, Hanover, Chesterfield, Henrico, and Beyond By Providing Supplemental Instruction From Teaching Artists In The Form of Sectionals, Lessons (individual and Group), and Ensemble Coachings. MOR Can Provide Teaching Artists for Both Orchestra and Band Programs. Teaching Artists Are Available to Visit Schools As Often As Needed to Work With Students and Supplement Instruction Already Being Given. While Much of Our Work Takes The Form of A Semester Long Residency, We Encourage Schools to Book Single Sessions As Well. All Teaching Artists Are Drawn From The Most Qualified and Experienced Teachers and Performers In The Richmond Area, and Extensively Background Checked. In The 24/25 School Year, This Program Served An Estimated 40 Students. Expenses Listed Here Are Direct Expenses, But This Program Also Has Indirect Expenses Allocated to It.
