VARIOUS AGREEMENTS EXIST BETWEEN THE NAMPA HARVEST FESTIVAL ASSOCIATION and THE CITY of NAMPA WHICH BENEFIT THE GOVERNMENTAL ENTITY IN THE CONTINUED IMPROVEMENT of FACILITIES AT THE IDAHO CENTER and IDAHO HORSE PARK, BOTH of WHICH ARE OWNED BY THE CITY of NAMPA. ASSOCIATION REVENUES COME FROM TICKET and CONCESSION SALES, SPONSORSHIPS, and A ROYALTY AGREEMENT.
