The Wild Clearwater Program is A Multifaceted and Integrated Conservation Education and Participation Effort. Its Two Main Parts Are Outreach/Education and Forest Policy. FOC Sponsored Several Different Events and Educational Opportunities. These Included Volunteer Field Monitoring, Presentations At Universities and Colleges, and Our Annual Potluck. These Events Reached Hundreds of People. The Wild Clearwater Program Also Provides Newsletters and Information About Current Public Land, Water and Wildlife Issues In The Clearwater Basin to A List of About 900 In Paper Form and Some 3000 In Email Form, and A Few Thousand Followers On Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. The Forest Policy Component of The Wild Clearwater Program of Friends of The Clearwater is Heavily Involved In The Input Processes On Public Lands. Friends of The Clearwater Staff Members and Volunteers Prepare and Provide Detailed and Substantive Input On Issues That Affect The National Forests In The Clearwater Basin. In 2024
