What they do
OUR STAFF EMPOWERS, EDUCATES and MENTORS ATHLETES BY TEACHING LIFE LESSONS BOTH ON and OFF THE SOFTBALL FIELD. THROUGH THE PROCESS of IDENTIFYING STRENGTHS and WEAKNESSES WITHIN EACH INDIVIDUAL ATHLETE, WE ENCOURAGE EACH ATHLETE to BUILD ON THESE CORE AREAS THROUGH MENTORSHIP, INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITY, and POSITIVE RE-ENFORCEMENT. OUR GUIDING PRINCIPLES ARE to TEACH LESSONS of STRONG WORK ETHIC, IMPORTANCE of ACADEMICS, SERVING OUR COMMUNITY, HELPING OUR NEIGHBORS and FRIENDS, and BEING A GOOD ROLE MODEL for THE YOUNGER KIDS WITHIN OUR COMMUNITY. ONE of OUR TOP PRIORITIES is to SUPPORT OUR LOCAL SCHOOLS SOFTBALL/SPORTS PROGRAMS BY DEVELOPING ATHLETES WHO WANT to PLAY AT THE NEXT LEVEL.
Should I give to this charity?

Plain answer: A tax form cannot prove that a charity is doing good. It can show how the charity says it spent its money—and point out questions you should ask.

Money made simple
Ask these three easy questions
- Who did you help? Ask for a recent story or report that shows real results.
- What will my money do? Ask exactly what your gift will pay for.
- Is this really the charity? Give only through its official website or confirmed phone number.
Worth asking: Expenses exceeded revenue this year. Ask whether that was planned or caused by a one-time event. The complete report shows the exact difference and financial history.
Bottom line: Do not decide from a name, mission statement, or tax status alone. Look at where the money went, then ask what changed, who was helped, and what your gift will do. YouCanGiveBack does not endorse or grade organizations.
